Royce graduated from the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2013 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

His interest in Vestibular Rehabilitation, concussion and other injuries began during a career in professional rugby including playing for the All Blacks.

From sustaining numerous injuries and witnessing many others stimulated his interest in becoming a Physiotherapist, and helping others achieve optimal outcomes in their rehabilitation journey.

He has completed a number of post-graduate courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Cervicogenic Dizziness and Concussion.

Royce is a member of the New Zealand Society for Balance, Dizziness and Vertigo.

Living in beautiful, family friendly Nelson with his wife and young family, Royce loves the outdoor opportunities the region has to offer. Aside from Physiotherapy, Nelson fulfills Royce’s simple recipe for happiness being family time, tasty food and fishing.
